Each player may hold only one zuma78 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are supported. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from bonus play that meet the wagering threshold are withdrawable.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. zuma78 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zuma78 holds its operating license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. zuma78 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activities conducted through your Account. You must immediately notify zuma78 at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. zuma78 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
zuma78 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
zuma78 is required under its licensing obligations and internal anti-money-laundering (AML) policy to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above defined thresholds.
Standard KYC documentation requirements include:
zuma78 targets completion of KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete documentation package. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully satisfied.
zuma78 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All Account Balances are maintained in IDR. The following deposit methods are currently supported:
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform's Cashier page and are subject to change at zuma78's discretion with reasonable notice. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider; processing delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems are outside zuma78's control.
zuma78 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees independently. You are responsible for any such charges.
zuma78 reserves the right to request verification of the source of any deposit and to delay crediting or return any deposit pending satisfactory verification. Deposits made in error by zuma78 (including duplicate credits) must be reported immediately and will be reclaimed.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your zuma78 Account. zuma78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency wallets unless specifically stated in a supplemental payment policy.
Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:
zuma78 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Express withdrawal options may be available for fully verified VIP accounts. Actual receipt of funds is subject to your bank's or e-wallet provider's own processing times, which are outside zuma78's control.
zuma78 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing period. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
zuma78 offers a range of bonus and promotional programs to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of conflict, the bonus-specific terms prevail.
General bonus principles that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:
Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi — may be offered from time to time. These are governed by their own supplemental terms and are only available to eligible, verified Players.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type or sports market. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
zuma78 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the odds or pay-tables were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the relevant stake will be returned to their Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zuma78 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zuma78 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how zuma78 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, including data collected during Account registration, KYC verification, and routine Platform use.
By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.
zuma78 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice by one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an in-Platform notification on login, or an email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 16.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time the Terms are amended. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before your Account is closed, any Real Money Balance remaining after the settlement of all pending Wagers will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Closure or suspension by zuma78: zuma78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have:
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, zuma78 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account Balance in accordance with applicable licensing rules. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zuma78 holds its operating gaming license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by submitting a written description of your dispute to [email protected]. zuma78 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the regulatory authority of the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents zuma78 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
